2021 Elopement Package

• Immersive ceremony with 3 backgrounds to choose from:
  • Hawaii, Iceland and Canada
• Room rental for up to one hour
  • Includes tech set up fifteen minutes
• Standing room only
  • Minimal chairs available for those in need
• Souvenir photo for all guests with their choice of background

• Two gift tickets to FlyOver Canada for the wedding couple
  • Valid for one year from wedding date

Package Pricing and Add-Ons

• Peak: $2,500
• Off-Peak: $1,500
• Tickets to FlyOver Canada (Adult: $23.50 Child: $15 Senior: $18)
• Custom Preshow Image: $1,000
• Additional Chair Rentals: from $200

Hours

• Weekend Peak: 12 PM – 7 PM, Friday to Sunday, Stat Holidays and School Holidays
• Mid-Week Peak: 2 PM – 7 PM, Monday to Thursday
• Off Peak: Outside of the above, or when the attraction is closed*

*Note: Off peak pricing may be available during peak times based on attraction operating hours at the time of event.

• A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total costs is required along with a signed contract. The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.
• Refundable until 7 days prior to the event
• Flexibility to move your dates within the season, as availability allows.

Capacity: Maximum 10 guests

• Maximum number of guests is mandated by the current regulations set forth by the provincial health orders and includes any vendor such as marriage commissioner or photographers, etc.

Availability

• Rentals available from April 1, 2021 – December 30, 2021, blackout dates may apply. Time and date limitations on this package. Some restrictions apply and based on availability. All pricing is subject to 5% GST.

Seasonal Décor

• FlyOver Canada feature a number of seasonal features throughout the year. All rentals are made available “as is”. Décor may change without notice and seasonal décor may be in place during your event and cannot be moved or removed from the space.
