To book your birthday party, contact [email protected] and provide us with the following information:
Upon receipt of the required reservation information, we will send an agreement along with a credit card authorization form. To secure the booking, we require the signed rate agreement with credit card information. Full payment is due at time of booking. Your number of guests can be adjusted up to two business days prior to the event date at which point any outstanding balance will be collected.
Two weeks’ notice is required for all birthday packages.
Groups are booked beginning at the top of the hour or at half past the hour. To best meet your desired experience time, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check in, collect tickets and store any large bags.

Our Responsible Adult Guidelines require that one adult supervises a maximum of six children.
If you miss your reserved experience time, you will be required to rebook a new time, based on availability.
