A party is not a party without a cake!

For parties who booked a food and beverage package in the Flying Whale Café, cupcakes are available for $3 per piece. If you choose to bring your own cake, we are happy to cut it for you, however you will need to bring your own candles, paper plates and cutlery. Two weeks’ notice required.

Food, Beverage & Retail Discounts

We haven’t forgotten about the adults. Adults receive 20% off food, beverage and retail items during the party. Discount excludes alcoholic beverages.

Souvenir Photos

Make this birthday unforgettable for your guests and send them home with a souvenir photo.

One printed souvenir photo will be complimentary for the birthday child. Additional photos for can be purchased at the time of your visit for $10, or pre purchased for $7.50.

Birthday Gift

Treat the birthday child with an iconic Howie the Bear Plushie from FlyOver Canada for $10.

To book your birthday party, contact Sales@FlyOverCanada.com and provide us with the following information:

• Date of visit
• Number of guests per age category
• Arrival Time (groups are booked at the top of the hour or at half past the hour)
• Which Package you wish to book
• Any add ons you wish to include

Upon receipt of the required reservation information, we will send an agreement along with a credit card authorization form. To secure the booking we require the signed rate agreement with credit card information. Full payment is collected 48 hours before your visit. Your number of guests can be adjusted up to two business days prior to the event date at which point any outstanding balance will be collected.

Two weeks’ notice required for all birthday packages.

Groups are booked beginning at the top of the hour or at half past the hour. To best meet your desired ride time, please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check-in, collect tickets and store any large bags.

Birthday party packages are available for groups of 6 of more children up to 17 years old. Guests must be over 102cm/40” tall to ride. Our Responsible Adult Guidelines require that 1 adult can supervise a maximum of 6 children. Please confirm this with your group booking agent at the time of booking. We request that all birthday bookings are placed at least two weeks in advance of your intended date.
